Crow pose, or Kakasana, is a pose of balance and trust. While all your weight is in your arms and hands, the true pose is in your mind. Sitting in a low squat, plant your palms ahead of you on the mat shoulder width apart. Bring your knees as close to your armpits as possible. As you gaze ahead, gradually lean forward, finding calm and trust as you balance and ground into your palms.
